Our Process

You’ll meet with our team in a few sessions to discuss all the preliminary details like lot choice, home plan, selections, and budget.

Once we’ve gotten a better idea of your perfect home, you’ll work with the design team to design your custom home plan. They’ll provide ideas, insight, and the resources to create the home you’ve always dreamed of.

Once we’ve received your seal of approval, we’ll execute a construction agreement and start breaking ground as soon as your contract is contingency free.

You’ll meet with our team before breaking ground, once framing has begun, complete an electrical walk-through, and are always welcome to stop by and see the progress that is being made. Any questions throughout the process will always be answered.

The Watts Group team follows a set of steps to ensure superior quality. We first establish site layout and obtain permits. Sitework begins, utilities are installed, and then framing begins. From there it’s plumbing, electrical, HVAC, exterior finishes, insulation, and drywall. Once that’s completed, interior finishes are installed, and the driveway, sidewalks, and landscaping are completed!

Once we’ve finished your home, we’ll walk through together and give you all the tips and tricks to take care of your home. It’s your excitement and our hard work that made your dream home possible. It’s time to enjoy it!
