Originally from Solon, Grace recently returned to the Iowa City area after spending the past five years in Des Moines. During her time in the capital city, she immersed herself in a dynamic, competitive market - gaining experience that stretched from behind-the-scenes operations to working directly with clients.

Grace jumped into real estate in 2021 and hasn't looked back. She brings both expertise and energy to every transaction, blending her passion for real estate and interior design with a commitment to clear communication and hard work. Her clients can always count of feeling confident and cared for throughout the process.

Grace has had the privilege of guiding a wide variety of buyers and sellers, from first-time homeowners navigating the process for the very first time to seasoned clients adding another property to their portfolio. Now back in her hometown, Grace enjoys being close to her roots and community. She and her partner, Austin, can often be found cheering on the Hawkeyes at University of Iowa games or discovering the area's best new food spots.
